DROP is the story of a young man who meets a mysterious new friend, Jack, while studying at University. What he doesn’t know is that Jack is about to change his life forever. This film explores issues surrounding mental health and the harsh realities that sufferers face and attempt to battle.
Come along to Theatre 3 in the Abbey Centre to hear how John was inspired to make this ground-breaking short film. He is also a musician and has promised an acoustic tune or two from the film. This is a fantastic opportunity to see what goes on behind the camera.
DROP was filmed in Derry-Londonderry, Northern Ireland, as a final project for the Masters in Design for Creative Practice at University of Ulster in Magee.
